Thank you for visiting and shopping on our website! Below are our terms and conditions regarding shipping orders.


Domestic Shipping Policy

Processing time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders may be delayed during weekends, holidays, and high volumes of orders. If there is a significant delay of your order, we will contact you by email or telephone.


Rates and Delivery Estimates

          All shipping charges for your order are totaled and displayed during checkout. Those charges include the cost of shipment by carrier, taxes, fees, and estimated delivery time. Overnight deliveries are available for orders whose addresses are within the continental United States such as Hawaii and Alaska as well as international.


Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once an order is placed, you will receive email confirmation stating your order is being processed, an update concerning the process of your transaction (successfully went through or failed). Once your order has been successfully processed and placed you will receive another email containing your tracking number(s) from the carrier. The tracking number will be active within (# of hours).



 All items are shipped to you in the appropriate packaging to ensure the purchase is received in excellent condition. Upon receiving your package, please inspect your package carefully.

  1. If any items received are damaged, we will assist you in receiving a replacement or refund for the items as quickly as possible.
  2. If there is significant damage to the outer packaging, please reject the shipment and have the carrier return the item immediately.
  3. If there is very little damage done to the package, please specify the area of damage when signing for the shipment.
  4. If the product is damaged upon opening it, it is required to notify us immediately within 5 days of receipt. Please see contact information on Contact US page of the site.


International Shipping Policy

Aurora Nova LLC does ship outside of the United States. All prices are displayed in US dollars. If you need to convert amounts, we recommend using a currency converter. Any taxes and fees displayed at checkout is the customer’s responsibility. Any extra packaging requirements needed by the carrier for all delivery of items are not altered during checkout. International orders may require additional processing time prior to the shipment of items.  Please allow 5 to 10 business days for all orders to be processed.  If you select your order to be delivered overnight, your items will be delivered by our carrier of choice. Transit times may vary depending on the country. Customers will be notified by email or telephone regarding the transit time.
