If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Purchases must be returned within 30 calendar days from the date your received it. All returns must be in the same condition that you received the item. This includes the item remaining in the original packaging format. All returns must have a receipt for proof of the purchase.
Once we have received your return, we will inspect the item and immediately notify you in regards to the status of your refund after inspecting the items. If your return is approved, we will process the refunded amount to your original method of payment. Customers will receive the credit amount within a certain amount of days depending on the card issuer’s policies. If you do not receive your refund, please contact your banking or credit card institution for further assistance. For verification of which card your refund was returned, you can review your order details from the transaction summary you receive at checkout.
Received the Wrong Order?
If you have received the wrong item. Please contact us with a photo of the incorrect item you received. If your request for the correct item is approved, we will notify you with a confirmation. Prior to sending the correct item, please return the incorrect item in the original packaging. A representative will follow up with you in 1-3 business days about the replacement item.
Received an incomplete order?
If an order is missing any items, please notify us no later than 1-2 days after the delivery. You will receive an email confirmation that your request has been submitted and a representative will follow up with you within 3 days regarding the next steps on your replacement.
